Clearsulting is hiring a Pigment Solution Architect to lead FP&A/EPM initiatives for finance leaders. You will guide implementations and ensure delivery across the full lifecycle from requirements to go-live.

The role supports hybrid or remote work with travel up to 40%. Requires 4+ years of management consulting or 6+ years internal FP&A, plus experience with Pigment, Anaplan or OneStream.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting in the EPM/FP&A space or 6+ years in an internal FP&A role.
• Proven project and people leadership skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and Canada; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with finance leaders to define FP&A/EPM strategic agenda and deliver insights.
• Oversee EPM/FP&A implementation projects and manage full lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Build client relationships while aligning with Clearsulting core values.
