Clearsulting in Chicago seeks a Pigment Solution Architect to lead FP&A/EPM strategy with finance executives. You’ll guide EPM/FP&A implementations, manage workstreams through SDLC, and deliver client-ready insights. Travel up to 40% and hybrid/remote options shape a dynamic consulting environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in management consulting in FP&A/EPM or 6+ years in an internal FP&A role, with certifications in Pigment/Anaplan/OneStream preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or finance.
• 4+ years of management consulting experience in FP&A/EPM or 6+ years in internal FP&A.
• Proven project and people leadership skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with finance leaders and stakeholders to understand FP&A/EPM strategy and provide actionable insights.
• Guide and oversee EPM/FP&A implementation projects, including assessments and redesigns.
• Manage workstreams across the full SDLC with requirements, integrations, testing, and go-live.
• Apply deep functional expertise across corporate finance EPM/FP&A processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
