Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Pigment System Admin to own the Pigment platform, ensuring health, access controls, and support.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to deepen expertise in how Pigment runs and how the business uses it. You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, licenses, roles, and permissions while tracking issues, delivering improvements, and creating training materials to boost user adoption across finance teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with EPM systems, including system administration (Pigment strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with finance processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach with finance and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the Pigment platform
• Administer user licenses, roles, and permissions with strong controls around sensitive data
• Manage user tickets, provide technical support, and resolve bugs
• Track and prioritize platform issues on the roadmap and resolve them with internal teams and partners
• Evaluate finance processes and recommend ways to get more value from the platform
• Document administration standards, procedures, and best practices
• Create training materials and support user adoption
• Scope and deliver solutions with stakeholders independently
