Responsibilities

• Drive pig performance by following SOPs for individual pig care, feed, water, ventilation, and equipment.
• Learn and operate scales, feed systems, and ventilation hardware and software.
• Respond to alarms and perform weekend duties on a rotating schedule.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to reflect The Maschhoffs culture.
