Job summary

The Maschhoffs in Hoyleton, IL is seeking a hands-on professional to drive porcine production operations and support R&D and human capital activities. You will follow SOPs, manage facilities, operate feed systems, monitor ventilation, and respond to alarms, while collaborating with teams to optimize daily production.

Responsibilities span research coordination, data validation, onboarding and supervising new employees, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer operations and software tools used in office tasks.
• Familiarity with the animal agriculture industry and related practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive biological pig performance by learning and executing SOPs.
• Coordinate with R&D leadership to design study protocols and oversee data collection.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees and ensure onboarding effectiveness.
• Maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and routine maintenance.
• Learn and operate ventilation and feed system software and respond to alarms.
