Job summary

Studs, a leading ear piercing brand, seeks Apprentice Piercers for a paid 6‑week training program starting in October in NYC, with a path to Part Time Associate Piercer at the Las Vegas studio. Apprentices earn $19/hour during training plus tips, rising to $24/hour as Associate Piercers plus tips.

Positions require availability up to 5 days/week (32+ hours), including weekends; travel to NYC is paid. Applicants should have MA/Phlebotomy experience and be able to perform 18 piercings daily with

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (venipunctures/finger sticks) preferred
• Full Time: up to 5 days/week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Part Time: varying days/hours, including weekends
• Pierce a minimum 18 appointments a day
• Must be able to visually inspect ear anatomy for advanced piercings
• Must lift up to 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely
• Travel to NYC for training (paid by Studs)

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador educating clients on the Studs experience throughout the selling cycle
• Deliver confident, clear, and professional communication with clients
• Leverage Studs resources and policies in decision making
• Maintain safety standards and proper sterilization of tools and inventory
• Provide solutions‑oriented feedback and uphold core values
