Duties
  • Operate pier foundation drilling equipment with precision, ensuring accurate placement according to project specifications
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on drilling machinery, including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and Caterpillar equipment
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to plan drilling sequences and optimize productivity
  • Follow safety protocols rigorously during all operations, maintaining a secure work environment
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including handling water trucks, dump trucks, graders, and tankers as needed
  • Support auxiliary construction activities such as horizontal drilling and paving operations when required
  • Maintain detailed records of drilling progress, equipment usage, and safety checks for project documentation
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and tankers
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating various vehicles on-site or between locations
  • Hands-on experience working on construction sites with familiarity in horizontal drilling and paving processes
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols
  • Prior experience in pier foundation or deep foundation installation is highly desirable
