Job summary

Sargent is seeking Laborers in the Piedmont Triad area. No experience required; travel throughout the region on infrastructure projects. You will perform outdoor manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors, and related tools.

We offer extensive benefits, a wellness program, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Travel expenses are covered and you’ll be home most weekends, with a schedule of 10-hour shifts and a starting pay of around $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Construction experience: 1 year preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred).

No experience is required! If you enjoy working outside performing manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors and brute strength, we want to hear from you! Do you have experience doing landscaping or working on a farm, even better!

In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure projects including landfills, airports, site development, and many others.

Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend!
