Job summary

Sargent is seeking Laborers in the Mid-Atlantic region. No experience is required. You will perform outdoor manual labor using basic tools and strength, with opportunities to work on infrastructure projects across the region.

Travel is required, but Sargent covers lodging, mileage and per diem, and you will be home every weekend. The company offers strong benefits, an employee stock ownership plan, and a long history of stability.

Sargent is searching for Laborers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

No experience is required! If you enjoy working outside performing manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors and brute strength, we want to hear from you! Do you have experience doing landscaping or working on a farm, even better!

In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure projects including landfills, airports, site development, and many others.

Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend!
