Qualifications

• Montana RN license or compact license required.
• Minimum 2 years PICU or pediatric critical care experience preferred.
• BLS required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.
• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• RQI Provider certification required within 7 days of hire/transfer or earlier.
• APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our PICU.
• Provide support to the broader Pediatric team as needed.
• Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to advocate for young patients.
