Formación

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in PICU or similar critical care setting preferred.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill children in the PICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress in critical care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policies and standards.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and involvement in care.
