Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on days, full-time, 36 hours weekly, 7A-7P. The 16-bed PICU cares for critically ill children with a multidisciplinary team.

As an RN, you will assess, plan, and implement care, educate families, and ensure safe, compassionate pediatric care. BSWH offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• RN license is required.
• Grad of Accredited Program in nursing.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust plans to reach outcomes.
• Educate patients and families; empower them with knowledge for better care.
