El Paso Childrens Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift in El Paso, TX. The RN will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and coordinate treatment plans with the health care team.
The role requires licensure as a Texas RN (or compact) and an Associate Degree in Nursing. Familiarity with pediatric patient care and performance improvement is preferred.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas or Compact Licensure.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Direct and coordinate nursing care per established standards.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure quality patient outcomes.
