Paycom - ATS is seeking an Entry Level Nurse to supervise and coordinate unit operations on the night shift at El Paso Children’s Hospital, El Paso, TX. The role focuses on ensuring quality patient care and efficient use of resources, under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator guidance.

Applicants must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing with a current Texas RN license, CPR for adults and pediatrics, and NRP where required for certain units. Certifications must be current at hire.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• CPR training for adult/pediatric populations.
• NRP required for Specialty Care Nurseries.
• Certifications must be current at start of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates unit operations/activities on a specific shift to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains authority for resource allocation.
• Assists Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator in management of patient care by nursing staff.
• Supervises work of RNs and non-licensed staff.
