Job summary

Amergis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pediatric ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The RN will care for critically ill children in a high-acuity PICU/CCU, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Clinical Manager or facility designee.

The role requires an active RN license, ICU experience, and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications where possible. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, a 401(k), and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in state of practice.
• 1 year recent experience in ICU/CCU/PICU/NICU or emergency medicine.
• Evidence of ACLS, PALS, NRP certification preferred.
• CEU requirements for the state of practice.
• Ability to lead in crisis situations and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with multi-system failure in the PICU/CCU under the care of the Critical Care department.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned patients and report to Clinical Manager or client facility designee.

The Pediatric ICU/CCU RN is a member of the Critical CareDepartment and manages patients with multi- system failure and a variety oflife-threatening illnesses. ThePediatric ICU/CCU nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for assignedpatients and is responsible to the Clinical Manager or client facilitydesignee.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing in state of practice
• One year recent experience in ICU, CCU, PICU, NICU oremergency medicine required
• Successful completion of Amergis Staffing Solutions testingprocess
• Prefers evidence of ACLS, PALS, NRP certification
• Shows evidence of CEU requirements for the state of practice
• Demonstrates the ability to assume a leadership role in acrisis situation
• Demonstrates clinical competence specific to intensive care
• Demonstrates the ability to work with patient growth anddevelopment needs across the specific unit of assignment
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates a full range of body motion in a regularperformance of duties on a daily basis
• Must be able to work with frequent interruptions
• 1-3 years complex job related experience
• PALS, BLS, and ACLS, as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
