Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatric ICU/CCU RN for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role requires an active RN license, 1–3 years in ICU/CCU/PICU/NICU or emergency medicine, and crisis leadership capabilities.

ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are preferred. The RN will manage critically ill pediatric patients, report to the Clinical Manager, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• PALS, BLS, and ACLS, as required.

Location: Atlanta, GA

The Pediatric ICU/CCU RN is a member of the Critical CareDepartment and manages patients with multi- system failure and a variety oflife-threatening illnesses. ThePediatric ICU/CCU nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for assignedpatients and is responsible to the Clinical Manager or client facilitydesignee.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing in state of practice
• One year recent experience in ICU, CCU, PICU, NICU oremergency medicine required
• Successful completion of Amergis Staffing Solutions testingprocess
• Prefers evidence of ACLS, PALS, NRP certification
• Shows evidence of CEU requirements for the state of practice
• Demonstrates the ability to assume a leadership role in acrisis situation
• Demonstrates clinical competence specific to intensive care
• Demonstrates the ability to work with patient growth anddevelopment needs across the specific unit of assignment
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates a full range of body motion in a regularperformance of duties on a daily basis
• Must be able to work with frequent interruptions
• 1-3 years complex job related experience
• PALS, BLS, and ACLS, as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
