Riley Children's Health in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the PICU to lead a specialized nursing team in a 24/7 pediatric critical care setting. You will partner with the Nurse Manager to drive quality, safety, and operational excellence, while supporting frontline staff across all shifts.

Formación

• BSN degree required.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC required.
• BLS certification through the AHA required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• PICU/ICU experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Nurse Manager to establish, implement, and evaluate strategic initiatives focused on quality and patient safety outcomes.
• Drive care affordability, operational efficiency, and patient/family experience.
• Provide visible leadership across all shifts and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary partners.
• Lead the execution of departmental goals and action plans with measurable results.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and professional excellence across teams.
