Riley Children’s Health in Indianapolis seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to lead nursing teams, drive quality and safety, and partner with the Nurse Manager to advance pediatric critical care. This role supports a 24/7 operation with off-shift coverage, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required; active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Current BLS certification as required by unit policies.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Nurse Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on quality and safety outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and mentorship across shifts.
• Drive regulatory compliance and performance improvement.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and professional excellence among nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Provide leadership coverage across weekends and holidays.
