Job summary

Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7 pm–7 am) in the Pediatric ICU. You will monitor patients, administer medications, maintain records, and collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and adjust care.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, RN licensure, and BLS. Preferred BSN and PALS, with inpatient pediatric experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
