Job summary

Atlantic Health System Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7pm–7am) in the CCU. You will work with physicians and the care team to treat patients with injuries, illnesses or disabilities, monitor conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, updating care plans with the team, recording vital signs, and communicating changes.

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
