Qualifications

• RN license and eligible to practice as a nurse
• BSN within 24 months if hired after 6/1/12
• Experience in congenital heart disease or pediatric critical care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients with CHD.
• Organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment; participate in CHSU initiatives and process improvement.
• Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care; advocate for patients and families.
