Bates Ford of Lebanon is seeking a reliable Pickup & Delivery/Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team in Lebanon, TN. This role focuses on coordinating vehicle pickups and deliveries and supporting mobile service operations to deliver excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will manage appointments, maintain repair orders, and communicate with technicians and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts, while ensuring accurate documentation and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coordination, dispatch, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Create and maintain repair orders for each vehicle scheduled.
• Direct the mobile service team by organizing appointments and maintaining communication between technicians and customers.
• Ability to do math and calculate accurate quotes for customers.
• Communicate with warranty companies for customers if needed.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain accurate records of all pickups, deliveries, and service appointments.
• Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and documented before and after service or delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal staff to resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
• Support the service department with additional administrative tasks as needed.

This role is essential in ensuring efficient coordination of vehicle pickups and deliveries, as well as supporting our mobile service operations to provide excellent customer service.
