Job summary

The Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center (APJCC), part of Jewish Silicon Valley, seeks a Pickleball Pro to lead engaging pickleball programming and drive member participation. Reporting to the Fitness Coordinator, you will implement programs, maintain court operations, and promote a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety standards.

You will collaborate with staff to deliver quality experiences, coordinate activities, and support the team in achieving health and fitness goals for members

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness, community center, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage members and guests with a warm and welcoming environment.
• Foster relationships among members and staff.
• Implement beginner to advanced pickleball programs aligned with industry standards.
• Organize and manage pickleball programs and events.
• Maintain clear administrative communications via email and written notes.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the Health, Sports, Fitness and Aquatics Team.
• Support daily operations of the pickleball facility and enforce safety procedures.
• Create and execute goal setting plans for members and ensure court reservations are followed.
