Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Pickleball Professional to help members grow their love for racquet sports. The role focuses on coaching adults and youth with group and private lessons, while upholding Safe Play standards and promoting an engaging club culture.

The position offers part-time opportunities with potential full-time benefits depending on hours worked, and compensation ranges based on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant coaching experience with adults and youth.
• Must be Safe Play certified or willing to certify.
• Hold a nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to certify within 3 months of hire.
• NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent; demonstrate skills effectively.
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and private pickleball lessons for members.
• Maintain Safe Play standards and ensure member safety.
• Contribute to program development and member engagement.
