Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, including scheduling court time and educating members on Pickleball programs and equipment.

You will provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business, build personalized relationships, and promote Life Time programs while keeping facilities and equipment clean and functional.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at end of shift.

Position Summary

They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

Working toward a High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

1 year of customer service experience

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
