Job summary

Life Time in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations. You will schedule court time, educate members on programs and equipment, and deliver outstanding service to encourage repeat visits.

You will greet members, explain services, build personalized relationships and help ensure facilities and equipment are clean and well-maintained while promoting Life Time programs and services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Preference for CPR/AED certification and basic computer skills.
• Education toward a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, schedule court time and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members and assess needs.
• Develop personalized relationships with members and promote Life Time programs.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and functional.
• Support billing accuracy and cash register reconciliation at shift end.

Position Summary

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Education: Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
• Years of Experience: 1 year of customer service experience
• Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: n/a
