Job summary

Life Time Inc. in California is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with daily operations.

You will schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits. The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, working toward a high school diploma or GED, and preferred CPR/AED certification and computer experience.

• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

Minimum Required Qualifications

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.50 and pays up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
