Job summary

Life Time in Champlin, MN is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in day-to-day operations. You will schedule court time, educate members on programs, lessons and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

The role requires working toward a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. CPR/AED certification and computer skills are preferred, with benefits including a subsidized

Position Summary

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

• 1 year of customer service experience

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• n/a

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer experience
• CPR and AED Certified

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
