Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a friendly Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations at our Westlake, Texas club. You will schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, and help with equipment and cash handling.

You will greet members, explain services, build personalized relationships, keep facilities clean, and promote Life Time programs while delivering exceptional customer service that drives repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Computer experience.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
