Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, including scheduling court time and educating members on pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment.

You will deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business, help maintain clean facilities and assist with billing activities. This role emphasizes member relations and a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED Certified

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time, and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and help them determine their needs.
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensure daily billing is completed accurately and reconcile the cash register at end of shift.

Position Summary

• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

• 1 year of customer service experience
