Fastenal Co. is hiring for a full-time Picking position at our Jessup, PA distribution center. You will pick, pack, and label orders, using RF scanners and printers to ensure accurate fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

On-site work with a possibility of a flexible schedule after onboarding. The team values initiative, accuracy, and strong math skills to maintain high-quality service for our branches and customers.

PA100 Distribution Center

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 6:00pm

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Picking, you will help facilitate the movement of product from our distribution center to company owned branches. When an order is placed by a branch you will pick the requested quantity, pack the order, and print a label with a routing number. Product is then moved to the next department by hand, palletjack, or forklift. Fastenal Company is committed to environmental protection and to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 1225 Mid Valley Dr, Jessup, PA 18434. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
