Job summary

Employnet, Inc. in the Reno area is seeking reliable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. You will pick items per customer orders, pack securely, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Swing shift is Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11:00pm in the Mustang Ranch area. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand and lift during the shift, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. RF scanners and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick tickets.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product information for accuracy.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
