Job summary

Our client, a nationwide leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, seeks a Picker / Packer to join their team in Fairfield, NJ. You will handle material movement, loading, storage, and inventory control of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting production with requisitions, packing, receiving, updating the electronic system, and operating forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years shipping/receiving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support production by filling material requisitions promptly.
• Perform shipping duties including documentation and packing per regulatory requirements.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against packing slips.
• Record materials in the receiving system and maintain files.
• Package outbound goods and manage returns to suppliers/customers.
• Operate shipping system and update inventory.
• Move materials using forklift and other equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
