Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC seeks a Logistics Center Selector to pick, pack, and assemble orders safely and accurately in our Avon, OH facility. You will handle inbound materials, use WMS and RF devices, and support Value Added Services as needed.

The role requires basic math, reliability, and the ability to operate a motorized pallet jack. High School diploma preferred; full-time, on-site with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and perform basic counting/maths.
• Demonstrated reliability and professional attitude toward work and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, sort, and assemble products from inbound containers and warehouse locations.
• Operate a motorized pallet jack and adhere to safety rules.
• Follow RFID/WMS picking procedures and ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Support Value Added Services on customer orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Logistics Center and follow productivity standards.
