Job summary

Upside Innovations, a SixAxis company, is hiring for a Full Time Shipping - Order Picker/Packer at our West Chester, OH facility. You will pick, pack, palletize, and prepare shipments, create bills of lading and shipping labels, and load trucks while following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have prior warehouse experience with forklifts and basic inventory systems. Teamwork and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials regularly (up to 50 pounds).
• Experience in order picking, packing or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of forklift operation and safety practices.
• Basic computer skills to process shipping labels and update inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and palletize materials according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types
• Collaborate and work effectively with team members
• Prepare shipments by creating bills of lading and shipping labels
• Load trucks accurately while prioritizing quality and adhering to safety protocols
• Use basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
• Perform other tasks assigned to support the overall warehouse and shipping operations
