Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring Voice Picker/Packer for a Sparks, NV warehouse. You will wear a voice-pick headset and use an RF scanner to pick, verify, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced setting. Expect to stand for the shift, maintain accuracy, and meet daily goals.

The position is full-time with Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts and possible overtime on Fridays. Pay is $19 per hour with a team-focused environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and/or voice-picking technology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.

Position Title: Voice Picker/Packer
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Possible overtime on Fridays)

Pay $19/Hr

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Voice Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will use a voice-pick headset and RF scanner to accurately pick, verify, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must be able to work on their feet for the entire shift, maintain productivity standards, and ensure high levels of quality and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with potential overtime on Fridays.
