Primary Functions

The Picker will fulfill and process customer orders while keeping storage and staging areas organized. Successful candidate must be able to operate a pallet jack and follow all applicable safety regulations. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack and organize products to build customer orders.
• Wrap pallets after palletizing products.
• Maintain organization of location and staging areas.
• Support safety and organization by communicating concerns to the warehouse manager.
• Follow all company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Support company programs, goals, and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills And Qualifications

• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Drug screening is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform activities involving lifting, standing, and carrying for hours.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds.

Education And/Or Training

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.

Work Conditions

• Work in office and warehouse environments.
• Occasional extended periods of standing or sitting.
• Wearing appropriate PPE is required.
• Exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises.
• Frequent use of computer and telephone.
• Regular communication with team members.
