The Picker will fulfill and process customer orders while keeping storage and staging areas organized. Successful candidate must be able to operate a pallet jack and follow all applicable safety regulations. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Essential duties include operating an electric pallet jack, organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders, wrapping pallets, keeping location and staging areas organized, organizing pallets and support materials safely, communicating warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager, abiding by all company policies and safety rules, supporting corporate programs and initiatives, and other duties as assigned by management. Skills required include thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures, ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack, excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and time management skills. Drug screening is required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, stand, and carry for hours, and move up to 50 pounds. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of warehouse experience. Work conditions include office and warehouse environment, occasional standing or sitting for extended periods, required PPE, exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises, frequent computer and telephone use, and frequent communication throughout the day.
