This position supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by helping maintain the timely flow of products throughout the warehouse.What You’ll DoPick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or paper ticketsPrepare floral orders for shipment accurately and efficientlyHandle and move inventory throughout the warehouse and cooler environmentsStack, shrink wrap, and stage pallets for distributionMaintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse work areasWork safely while meeting productivity and quality expectationsAccurately read labels, product documentation, and shipping informationPartner with team members and leadership to support daily operational goalsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 36 degrees) for the duration of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.Compensation & BenefitsThe expected hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
