Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will read labels, handle inventory in cooler conditions, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals while maintaining safety and efficiency.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or paper tickets.
• Prepare floral orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and move inventory throughout the warehouse and cooler environments.
• Stack, shrink wrap, and stage pallets for distribution.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse work areas.
• Work safely while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Accurately read labels, product documentation, and shipping information.
• Partner with team members and leadership to support daily operational goals.

Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.Compensation & BenefitsThe expected hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
