Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate picking, packing, and preparation for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining smooth product flow through the warehouse.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a refrigerated environment (~36 degrees).

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred; willing to train motivated candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or paper tickets.
• Prepare floral orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and move inventory throughout the warehouse and cooler environments.
• Stack, shrink wrap, and stage pallets for distribution.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse work areas.
• Work safely while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Accurately read labels, product documentation, and shipping information.
• Partner with team members and leadership to support daily operational goals.
