Oldcastle APG, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Picker to ensure accurate order fulfillment using an RF scan gun and standing forklift. The role emphasizes safe operation, inventory integrity, and timely delivery to the pack cell.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and strong verbal/written communication skills to report quality findings and collaborate with the packing team.

Responsabilidades

• Pick correct products by verifying material picked matches the provided documents.
• Operate mobile equipment safely (stand-up forklift).
• Check quality of product and report findings to Packer, Lead, or Supervisor.
• Using RF gun, scan out Transfer Orders accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain organization and good housekeeping.
• Hit target order counts and complete workload in a timely manner.

Job Summary

The Picker ensures safe and accurate picking of outbound orders using an RF scan gun. The Picker is accountable for the execution and accuracy of the order picking and delivery to the pack cell in a timely manner.

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $19.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential
