Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking operations team members for a warehouse environment in Olive Branch, MS. This full-time role includes receiving, picking, packing and shipping duties, with cross-training across departments.

We offer daily pay options and weekly pay, with benefits starting day one. Typical shift is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year warehousing experience required.
• Inventory familiarity required.
• Replenishment/restocking experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and become certified on forklift/MHE.
• RF scanner experience required; Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound ops.
• Select product for customer orders in Commissary team.
• Build, stage and load pallet orders using modern forklifts.
• Load trucks for delivery to clients.
• Manage inventory; count and correct discrepancies.
• Utilize WMS and mobile devices to process orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Other duties as needed.

About This Position

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Building, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• 1 year of Warehousing experience REQUIRED
• Familiar with Inventory REQUIRED
• Current/Previous Replenishment/Restocking/Refilling experience REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• RF Scanner experience REQUIRED
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
• ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7 am - 3:30 pm
• ABILITY TO WORK OVERTIME IF NEEDED
