Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is hiring operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment. This full-time role includes day-one benefits, cross-training opportunities, and a focus on inbound, commissary, bulk, and delivery operations.

You will participate in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, with forklift/MHE operation and inventory control. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with potential overtime and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing environment.
• 1 year of warehousing experience is REQUIRED.
• Familiar with Inventory is REQUIRED.
• Current/Previous Replenishment/Restocking/Refilling experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• RF Scanner experience is REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office) preferred.
• WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) for the Bulk team.
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory.
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, tablets, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.

About This Position

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

What You'll Need
