Job summary

Exegistics Inc. seeks dependable Warehouse Order Pickers to accurately select and prepare customer orders using a voice-directed picking system. You will move through aisles with a picking cart, select items, and verify accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with voice picking or RF-based warehouse systems is a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to distinguish between similar products (size,color, codes).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed picking system to receive and complete orders.

• Bag, band, or organize smaller products for easy identification.
