Wiers Fleet Partners in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Pick Up and Delivery Driver for a regular full-time position. The role offers Monday–Friday work with an hourly wage of $16-$18, based on experience and safety record.

You will handle pickups and deliveries, operate forklifts and loaders, support shop and parts logistics, and deliver excellent customer service. A clean driving record and a high school diploma or GED are required, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday - Friday
• $16 - $18 Hourly (based on experience and safety record)
• Predictable schedule with no weekend requirements
• Overtime opportunities available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pick up and Delivery
• Equipment shuttling
• Core returns
• Road testing of repaired vehicles and equipment
• Loading/unloading using forklifts and loader equipment
• Documentation and reporting for deliveries and pickups
• Customer service excellence at all delivery locations
• Shop support including facility maintenance and technician assistance
• Front desk coverage during staff absences when needed

Required Qualifications:

• DOT compliance experience
