Job summary

Coastal Sunbelt Produce in Jessup, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Pick Packer to assemble end boxes for customer orders, ensure proper labeling, and accurately count items for shipping.

You will set up boxes by distributor and item type, maintain an organized packing area, record counts on shipping labels, and palletize boxes for dispatch in a production warehouse environment. HACCP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year in Food Production or Production Warehouse
• HACCP Certification preferred
• Excellent counting skills

Job Summary

The Pick Packer is responsible for creating and organizing the end boxes for customers’ orders by ensuring proper labeling and items are packaged. They are responsible for taking finished goods and finding orders with the item on the invoice and placing the item in the box. Once the invoice has all items in the box(es), organize pallets for shipping to place on trucks for dispatch.

Education Required
