Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Pick/Pack position with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. The role focuses on processing returned items, scanning with RF devices, and ensuring tight inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts run Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with training 1:00 PM–8:00 PM. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, including unloading/loading duties up to 50 lbs and maintaining 5S standards.

• Experience using RF scanners and the systems or processes supported.
• Ability to inspect products accurately, handle inventory, and prepare items for shipment.
• Experience identifying and correcting inventory, packaging, or product quality discrepancies before they escalate.
• Experience auditing orders once completed.

You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support warehouse operations, with duties that can vary depending on the area you are assigned. This position requires flexibility, physical stamina, and attention to detail, as you will be working in areas such as Returns, Taping, and Unloading/Loading.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Training will be the first two days from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Potential for schedule changes and overtime needs

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly
