Jobandtalent in Brownsburg is recruiting for a Pick/Pack position with a leading logistics company. The role supports warehouse operations, including scanning, receiving, sorting, and fulfilling customer orders.

Shift patterns: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts and weekend work; compensation is 17.50 USD per hour. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience with picking and scanning, can lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and are familiar with warehouse

Competenze

• Experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips.
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods (10+ hours/day).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Experience using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational skills to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
