Job summary

Kelly Services in Sparks, NV is hiring Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates for a temperature-controlled, 38°F environment. Base pay is $20.00/hour with weekly attendance and quality bonuses, plus a referral bonus. The role offers a temp-to-hire path and a Monday–Thursday shift with a 3-day weekend each week.

Employees should wear warm layers, insulated footwear, and protective gear for handling dry ice. Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.

Employees should:
