Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Days RN for the Vascular Access PICC team. The role involves selecting optimal vascular access for patients, performing PICC line care, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

The RN provides education to patients and families, participates in procedures, and ensures adherence to infection control and patient safety standards. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in good standing required.
• Experience with vascular access and PICC care is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and support the care team.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Document care and education in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to update care plans.
